 My name is Rod Hall.  I’ve been in the Building Industry for 25 years.  For the past 15 years my company, Alert Home Inspections has conducted comprehensive Pre-purchase Home/ Building Inspections in the Greater Brisbane area  Ipswich, Logan and Gold Coast – helping families to lessen the risk and feel more comfortable about their house purchases. 

Using the appropriate detection equipment, I take the time to inspect your future home properly by following an Inspection Checklist.  While other Brisbane Building Inspectors may spend less than 30 minutes inspecting your property, Alert Home Inspections usually take 1-2 hours to check everything carefully and record details with digital photos.  Alert Home Inspections  then take extra time to go through all the photos (often more than 100) to produce a detailed, jargon-free report that gives you the inside story on your house.  This thorough inspection, detailed report and honest advice about what could be your new home or investment property, enables you to purchase with confidence (and avoid the nasty, hidden surprises that are common to many homes).
